Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil.
- Add diced chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned all over.
- Stir in broccoli florets and bell pepper strips; cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but crisp.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly for another minute.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles.
