- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 cup Long-Grain White Rice
- 2 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, Pepper, Italian Herbs, Soy Sauce, and Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Add minced garlic; cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 18-20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream, soy sauce, lemon juice, and herbs until smooth. Pour over cooked chicken and rice.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs or grated cheese.
