- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Season the cubed steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak cubes in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; add minced garlic and butter, stirring for about one minute until fragrant.
- Continue cooking until the butter melts completely and coats the steak cubes evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
