- 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- Remove husks and silk from the corn under running water, inspecting for pests.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the corn directly onto the grill grates and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
- Remove from grill and generously slather each ear with spiced butter while warm.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with lime wedges.
