Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 3 large eggs
- 300ml heavy cream
- 50g granulated sugar
- 50g toasted hazelnuts (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
- Beat egg whites in another bowl until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar.
- Fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream, then gently incorporate the egg whites.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
