- 1 crusty baguette
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Spread the mixture generously on both halves of the bread.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing and serving warm.
