- 1 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Carefully fold in fresh raspberries without breaking them apart too much.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool before slicing.
