Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed Oreos gently.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden; centers should remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring them to wire racks.
