  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in melted butter until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  3. Add eggs and mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  4. Roll dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ½-inch thick. Spread softened butter on top and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 pieces using a sharp knife.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While baking, prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a splash of milk until smooth.
