- 3–4 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla until frothy.
- Fold the wet mixture into the mashed bananas gently.
- Gradually sift in flour, baking soda, salt, and optional cinnamon; stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
