Instructions
- Rinse strawberries gently under cool water and pat dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the center using a small knife or melon baller.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon, allowing it to overflow slightly.
- Place filled strawberries on a platter and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
