Instructions
- Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add eggs and milk to the dry mixture; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped apples until coated with batter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil; fry until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
