- 1 cup heavy cream
- Spices: cumin, coriander, garam masala
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat and sear marinated chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
- Add more butter if needed; sauté onions until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes with cumin and coriander; simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Incorporate heavy cream and garam masala; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Adjust salt to taste and serve hot with rice or naan, garnished with fresh cilantro.
