- 1 French baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp parsley flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley flakes.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both sides.
- Top each half with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Allow to cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
