Instructions
- Rinse and drain chickpeas thoroughly. Pat dry.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper until coarsely mixed.
- Gradually add flour to the mixture until it holds together.
- Shape into 1-inch balls or patties.
- Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- For the sauce, whisk tahini paste, lemon juice, minced garlic, water, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble wraps with falafels, fresh veggies, and drizzle with garlic tahini sauce.
