- 4 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 4 oz fontina cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for a crispy crust.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
- Layer fresh mozzarella evenly across the base.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan on top, followed by crumbled gorgonzola.
- Add fontina cheese generously over all the toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
