- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 medium Roma tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the bread, cheese, and tomato.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Generously spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet (butter side down), layer with cheese and tomato, then top with the second slice of bread (butter side up).
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip carefully and cook until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
