Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, ensuring butter is softened.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Slice the jalapenos into rings or strips.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread. On the non-buttered side, layer the cheese filling and jalapenos generously before topping with another slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwiches until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Cut in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
