- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 mini slider buns
- Lettuce, tomato slices, pickles (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties about 2 inches wide.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While cooking, slice slider buns in half and toast lightly if desired.
- Assemble sliders by placing cooked patties on bun bottoms and topping with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, or your favorite toppings. Cover with bun tops.
