- 1 package (8 oz) croissant dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- On each triangle, place 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and 2 slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing edges tightly.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
