Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice jalapeños in half and place cut-side down on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar until well combined.
- Spread the cheesy mixture on one side of two sourdough slices and top with roasted jalapeño halves. Cover with another slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
