- 1 large Italian bread loaf
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some insides to form bowls.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Spread the garlic butter inside each bread bowl and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain but reserve some pasta water if needed.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with your favorite marinara sauce or olive oil until evenly coated.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with spaghetti and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
