- 1 box brownie mix (9x13 inch)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Baking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with baking spray.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the pan. Spoon dollops of cheesecake mixture on top, then layer with the remaining brownie batter.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set but fudgy.
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing into squares.
