- 1 package vegan wonton wrappers (12 oz)
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: chop green onions, shred carrots, and crumble the tofu.
- In a mixing bowl, combine kimchi, carrots, tofu, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional pineapple juice. Mix until well combined.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and seal tightly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a splash of sesame oil. Cook dumplings until golden brown on one side.
- Add about ¼ cup water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
