  • 1 package vegan wonton wrappers (12 oz)
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop green onions, shred carrots, and crumble the tofu.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine kimchi, carrots, tofu, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional pineapple juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and seal tightly.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a splash of sesame oil. Cook dumplings until golden brown on one side.
  5. Add about ¼ cup water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
