- 1 baguette or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic; mix well. Stir in chopped parsley.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the bread halves.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly on top of each half.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
