- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground halal beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Divide mixture into four equal portions (about 6 ounces each) and shape into patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
- Optionally add cheese during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast buns on the grill and assemble with desired toppings.
