Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb with minced garlic, chopped mint, grated onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Toast buns on the grill briefly before assembling with patties and your choice of toppings.
