Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat; mix in cheddar and Parmesan until melted. Stir in pasta and beaten egg until combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly before shaping into small bites.
- Roll each bite in seasoned breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake bites on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
