Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
- 2 cups whole milk
Instructions
- Crush half of the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip gently.
- In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Layer half the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and crushed Oreos. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
