Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to release steam.
- Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Let cool slightly, then cut open, fluff the insides, and add desired toppings.
