Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Fit pie crust into dish and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, eggs, and evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour filling into the crust, smoothing out bubbles.
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until set.
- Allow cooling completely before slicing.
