- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly crushed
- 4 cups cold water (or sparkling water)
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it thinly.
- Gently crush the mint leaves to release their oils.
- In a pitcher, combine cucumber slices, crushed mint leaves, and cold water. Add lemon juice if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint or cucumber slices.
