- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
- Blend until smooth, then add ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or crushed pistachios if desired, and serve chilled.
