Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
  2. Blend until smooth, then add ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or crushed pistachios if desired, and serve chilled.
