Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in a resealable bag with olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in a separate pan with olive oil until onions are translucent.
- After cooking, let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Assemble your sandwiches by layering sliced steak and sautéed veggies in the baguette. Add your chosen sauce and serve immediately.
