- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Carefully mix in the chopped strawberries.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced two inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
