- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the sweet chili mixture generously over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
