- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Sweet Thai chili sauce
- Fresh garlic
- Low-sodium soy sauce
- Lime juice
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and half of the sweet Thai chili sauce. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, shake off excess liquid, and place on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush remaining sweet Thai chili sauce over each strip.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
