Instructions
- Boil lobster in salted water for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Chill and remove the meat.

- Toast hot dog buns in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
- Generously fill each bun with the lobster mixture. Garnish with chives or parsley if desired.
