Instructions
- Prepare the broth: Roast beef bones at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes until browned. In a large pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
- Add aromatics: After an hour, add charred onions and sliced ginger; continue simmering for about three hours.
- Cook rice noodles: Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- Assemble your bowl: In bowls, layer cooked rice noodles, ladle hot broth over them, and top with fresh herbs.
- Serve: Drizzle hoisin and sriracha sauces before serving while hot.
